Reuse first. Landfill last.

Everything we pick up climbs down the same ladder. We start at the top and only move down when we have to.

Wooden pallets sorted for reuse

The reuse-first ladder

Smart sorting, AI-assisted, matches each item to the highest rung it can reach.

  1. 1

    Reuse

Still good? It goes back into service as it is.

  2. 2

    Repurpose

A new job for the same material. Granite slabs became warehouse mounting surfaces.

  3. 3

    Recycle

Broken down into raw material for something new.

  4. 4

    Responsible disposal

Only for what truly has no second life. Always the last option.

Reuse story

Wooden crates → Sea-cargo packaging

120 lidded crates from a Winnipeg aerospace plant were still sound. Instead of being chipped or burned, they went straight back into service packing cargo for shipping.
