Delete your account

You can delete your JunkCycle account directly in the app.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to your JunkCycle account and any associated data that is removed as part of the deletion process.

Delete your account in the app

Open the JunkCycle app and go to Settings > Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm the deletion before it is completed.

What happens when your account is deleted

Your account is immediately deactivated and your personal profile information is anonymized. The following are removed or revoked:

Profile personal information
Active sessions and refresh tokens
Avatar reference
Saved card links / Stripe customer links
Notification inbox records

Some records may be retained for operational, legal, compliance, financial and historical reasons. These may include:

Pickup history
Reassessments
Support tickets
Chat conversations and messages
Payment history records

Where records are retained, the account is anonymized and inactive.
